can anyone here recommend a free password storage site for me to put all my passwords in please.  Thanks for any help

We always used one one called Keepass (I'm sure it was called) at work. It was pretty good.

You can put it on portable hard drives etc too.

also use last pass with auto-sign in

best to google it for browser rather than install the whole program...I think anyway

google "lastpass firefox"

saved my neck a million times... all your passwords are encrypted with 1000 iterations on their server so literally impossible to crack if their server was ever hacked

used it for years
