I had lunch with John Lennon , beat that .  :D also grew up with Herman and the hermits , and rubbed shoulder with twinkle .
doesn't mean I liked their music ,each to their own I guess ,
and Petula Clarke saved me from a speeding ticket ,  mind you back then I was a spotty Mod kid  with 22 spotlights on my Lamberetta with 3 button high suit and fox tails flying ,   I wised up and got a VW camper van and went surfing at Newquay while grooving to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ltXz42OT1Vg
Then it all went wrong I got married got a mortgage + kids  lol:1

lol:1 I was just a poorly paid erk for SEEB , connecting  Lennons basement USA style
laundry equipment , and the man arrived and said lunch time ,

my fortune/misfortune  was my patch covered St Georges Hills Surrey , the then home of celebrities ,  believe me some were  a right  pain in the ass ,
no names no pack drill ,  ;)

best I did was a pint with Bob Plant at Free Trade hall in Manchester,well I spoke to him in the bar lol and a swig of Keith Emersons brandy off the stage at same place
