Ive been using spareroom.co.uk but they go quick and with my time at work i might lose out

looking for blaydon area and found a spot on one - £70 pw - 55"TV - en-suite - 30 yr old landlord in posh estate

iam allowed to stay here until i get  one and will be getting some of my hard earned cash back from the kitchen &  living room install and other odd jobs - a price hasn't been agreed upon but the kitchen alone was going to be £3000 to be installed by ikea , but take off the few hundred we paid the gas man & sparky

or do u think iam wrong to ask for any money>? be honest

with extra money I could take 4 weeks holiday and learn to drive in those 4 weeks

or am i under-cutting myself? ive show you the before and after photos yes?

I've got

also IKEA would not have ripped the old ceiling and floor out i dont think

doesn't make any difference who's name things are in if it has to go "legal"

Advice please:

She says she wants to know how much I want?  I didn’t wanna say as I dunoo and  ive been advised to see  a solicitor, I dunno if I could live with taking half her house etc…

So she started throwing prices 5000, 4000, 3000, 2000 at me I went quiet there so she said that’s what u want then cos yer thinking about it!
And putting me under pressure, SHE said  £2000 and she said “right well you will get it installments!!”
When I know she has thousands in savings that belong to her now dead granddad that she keeps borrowing from, I just gave her £600 1 week ago and £300 was supposed to be towards that debt… so how does “installments” pay my bond etc?

Fkin sick of my life…all at 9am as im trying to get ready for work….

Whats your take?

snadge you really need more advice than we can give through a forum, you need to go and see somebody at citizens advice or similar to see what you are entitled to expect, what we think is fair may not be

As steve has said snadge, you need professional advice get an appointment with citizens advice,
it could get messy you need to know exactly where you stand legally.
