putting week 36 then week 35 next to each other instead of week 35 and week 36...now my 3 day holiday is ruined and iam very p1ssed off aobut it , i went in on my day off last week to sell a pc with careplan AND 30 data transfer as I knew he the cmr was coming in?  so thought i would just go in civilian clothes and spend the 30 minutes to do the whole thing, instead i was told i had to fully dress & start at 12 at finish at 9pm!!!!!

so furious isnt the word...

cant get pay right

cant get the hours right

and cant even put them rotas in the right f@cking order!

and now ive to go in today on what i thought was my day off cos of the above!!

i feel like im constantly wiping the managers arses for them!

easier said than done, most firms want to employ new staff on zero hour contracts, basically you only work when they want you to,no guaranteed hrs of work, its still an employers market out there, still loads of folk chase every vacancy
