Anyone tried Android Lollipop?

I upgraded my Nexus 4 to Lollipop last Sunday. It was running Jelly bean 4.2.2 prior to this, Kit Kat didn't appeal to me for some reason, but I started having issues sending texts, so I thought I'd give Lollipop a go.

Early impressions : The battery life on the Nexus is notoriously bad. I used to have to contact the charger early evening to give it a boost. Since the update, I'd say battery life is 30% better. I'm still using it now from full charge this morning, that would be unheard of on Jellybean.

I have one app that isn't compatible, it's not important and I'll live with it until it's updated. My sending texts issue has gone.

No regrets so far.

My son has a N5 and he is very happy with lollipop, for me my moto x 1st generation will hopefully get in January, but I'm waiting (due 15/12) for a customised  moto x 2nd gen to arrive which will get lollipop sooner.

I bought it with a 100 off voucher on cyber monday

I can sell my HTC One M8 in February as the 6 month selling restriction ends then. I was going to put the money towards a new handset, but I can't see any reason to upgrade now, well apart from the lack of 4G on the Nexus 4. I got 4G with the HTC contract, but 3G and WiFi do me fine.

Just got lollipop an hour ago, first impression is good, it is a lot different to KK. the right app running button now serves as bookmarks as well.

ohh got a new phone took advantage of cyber monday with 100 off moto x 2014 so replaced the moto x with a 32Gb moto x 2014

Trying to get used to to the larger phone screen up from 4.7 inch to 5.2 inch (like larger screen but not bigger phone)

5.01 came through for me on Thursday, but I'm happy with 5.0, if it ain't broke.

Good deal on the Moto X! I might consider the Nexus 6 sometime in the future if the price comes down a bit. I'm happy to stick to Google phones.
