A poll , btw no political bias please

Itís a important  choice if we ever get the chance as plebs to make !
I watched the Scottish referenda vote with mounting dred ,
Although I was assured the Scots would remain part of the UK by Scottish friends
But it was close call , ( wonder how much this has damaged the Scottish proud unity ?
I figure the same goes for the UK , if we leave the EU ,
got to admit I wasnít born in the UK , and spend some years working in Europe,
so at the time I welcomed the UKís part joining in to the EU ,having felt we were better together , now I am not so sure ,
BTW I hold no political views , and donít vote out of principle ,
But the UK is home to me , never drew DHSS assistance , paid my tax and N.I,etc
so I can claim to be impartial ,

I wish it was cut and dry but we don't know the implications and apparently it's very complicated.

I wish it was cut and dry but we don't know the implications and apparently it's very complicated.
originally the "common market" was to help trade between countries, its now changed to an organisation that wants to run its member countries in any and every way, what is the point in us holding elections to form a UK government if that can be over ruled by people who are put in place by a system that has nobody to answer to?
How can the eu demand this money from the UK and give Germany a rebate when a couple of days later a report comes out saying how well Germany was doing in the euro zone,I kow we aren't in that, and was bolstering the other  countries in there,if they are doing so well shouldn't it have been the weaker economies who got the rebate? And how can they include what is in reality criminal earnings(the black economy!) in their calculations? In 2012 we were net contributors to the EU to the tune of £6 billion!

indeed C.S , seems to me the original idea was to make trade easier and build unity
within Europe , and make wise agreed policies  to the benefit of all it's members,
not to kick a country doing better than average within the union ,  and only because it saw the way things were going  and took painful measures to avoid it ,
indeed back in the 80's  ( showing my advanced years ) I frequently worked in Germany , but paid by a British company  ( ripped off )
My own car was a 2cv , the German workers drove BMW's , as they called them the German Ford , and earned  about 1/3 more than I did,
Jeez they felt so sorry for me most days they invited me home for a meal,
( don't get me wrong , I love travel and being part of the local scene , wouldent have changed those times for anything ,
me ? a proud working class guy, with no aspirations of being a millionaire ,

anyway back on topic ,  could we leave the E.U. pick up the pieces of our former empire , and survive , personally I don't think so  ,
but UKIP will become a major influential political party , and maybe the sleepy UK needs that , strangely the same way as a Mr. Hitler came to power  ,
but without Nigel Farage stock pick laughing with a pint and fag in hand ,
indeed we are doomed Wur Doomed, Entombed & Marooned...
anyway off now with my second glass off Glenfiddich ,
( it helps me make sense of the internet ) now off to impart my wisdom on a couple of Southern USA forums , I feel the need to connect with Banjo boy again

Deutschland Łber alles - German National Anthem
indeed  The German ultimate plan has  never changed ,
sure the use migrant workers  mainly Turkish , but they can only stay while they have a job, no job and your on a flight back home, indeed Germany was building
high rise new towns especially for it's migrant workers , far away from rebuilt stone for stone old bombed out towns ,
I now figure as born Channel islander , I got to see more of the German way of thinking than I was comfortable with , sure Hitler was just a tool that united a country, but as the ex NAZI guys I worked and flew with, said come the victory
he would be removed ,
the one question that made them squirm was please explain 6 million dead jews
but as guest in their homeland I didn't push  it further ,
BTW .I am talking 1980's , and indeed times have moved on, and maybe I should

lol I am a bumpkin just looked at the poll results ( so around 65% say lets
get out. indeed I am leaning that way,
so I might vote for Nigel just to add a second voice in parliament ,
anyway I can sympathise with his Press pic with a  pub pint ,fag in hand, and laughing
my G/f saw me smoking and drinking a 1/2 pit and chatting to her friend JULIA the bar maid another evil smoker  :D , mind you we were sharing our now filthy habit in
mock thatched outside fake  plasic Polynesia hut, while pub goes broke abiding by
E.U regs,

I'd laugh if we get booted out and at the end of the day, there was no vote.

David Cameron says lessons to be learned after elections !!!!!
Why after ? ,
 I guess
#1  I donít see UKIP  or any national party as a real  threat
#2 , with my paid for education , and being an ex Prime minster,
am I bothered , I will make a fortune by writing a book and joining Tony
on a lucrative  speaking tours .
  # 3 ,  what are the great unwashed  complaining  about  ?   yes it was unfortunate
when the Mines/steelworks /shipyards etc closed , but we all have to move on ,
some more sharply than others  ,
  #4  Ö
No, I am calling a halt to my rant ,
I got another Pole to climb , LOL .  the wooden one just across the street , I  now finally have time to reorganise my phone/FTCC wiring , (  ;)) , now builing myself a purpose  built computer/hobby room in this rambling house, a sort of Boys own room , which only blond sectaries  with the right qualifications  36-28-36 , will be admitted  :o
might be offline for a day or so ,

Best Regards all
