The average speed I have been getting for the four months since moving over to FFTC.

I've been on fibre for 18 months and if anything mine has gone up slightly

bt/plusnet sent another engineer today,seems this one knew what he was doing and what to look for,found a fault and fixed it,now getting full speed again,he has worked for them for over 15yrs not just the 3 weeks training period!

guy says it could even go slightly faster as dlm sorts things as I have zero errors on my line,that's what it was pre plusnet lol,will have to re-negotiate a price if staying with them as took option to be released from my contract due to price increase,they said if I decided to stay I would be given a better deal

Yeah, it's been fixed. Still depressing though seeing you lot nearing 100Mbit and I'm nowhere near 10. Even the upload is depressing. It's faster than my download.
