yesterday gets a message from windows : updates installed completed, restart needed, went to bed watching a film, woke up 4am and its still on, didnt sleep as normal after 10 mins no use, no HDD light activity so i put it to sleep, 30 minutes later i heard it start back up so i just left it

got up and it was off.. turn on and got BSOD - couldnt even get to my backups or find my windows 10 disc nor did I create a EUASUS recovery disk to access my backups...

...luckily I had a window 8 disk and the LAST option I used repaired it, but now when i go into updates in winodws 10 settings panel it shows as none EVER been installed, if I look at the control panel list which has had tons of updates missing from the list previously only had 2 update installed yesterday, 1 today KB4034658 - googled it and...


Windows 10 KB4034658 takes the OS build to version 14393.1593.

Addressed issue introduced in the June updates where some applications may not launch when a device resumes from Connected Standby mode.
